It will be a few short weeks before we get to see our first look at Deadpool. We got our first look at the film during Comic-Con in early July, where we learned that this film will be an origins story for the Merc with the Mouth. The footage we saw revealed a terminally ill Wade Wilson undergoing a dangerous procedure that will turn him into the title hero Deadpool.
Reaction to the footage was overwhelmingly positive, with those in attendance asking to see it again. While leaks have occasionally appeared online, Fox has released three new images of our hero, both masked and unmasked, to hold you over until the trailer debuts.
